Why we Started
We recognised a significant need for excellence in the HMO market, especially as more professionals opt for this living arrangement due to economic factors. This realisation led us to partner with industry-leading HMO experts, enabling us to work with progressive and caring landlords who are committed to adding long-term value to their assets. We treat their properties as if they were our own, demonstrating the level of trust and dedication we bring to property management. Ruth Millar
Ruth is our Marketing Specialist, working closely with our investors, landlords, and corporate clients to ensure successful partnerships.
Property is in Ruth’s blood—she comes from a family of seasoned property investors, recognised for being among the first to renovate and restore a Victorian townhouse on Park Circus in the 1990s, setting a new standard in the area. Her family continued by revitalising emerging parts of Glasgow’s West End, East End, and city centre.
Outside of work, Ruth is a hot yoga & Pilates enthusiast and wife to a renowned Glasgow cabinet maker. Together, they’re raising three football-obsessed daughters, balancing family life and their shared passion for property & creativity.

How does it work?
We’ll inform you of the guaranteed rent amount we can offer. If needed, we’ll refurbish your property to maximise it’s potential. We’ll carefully select and place professional tenants in your space. You receive guaranteed rent for the next five years. You can sit back, relax, and watch the rental income flow in.
Do you cover the refurbishment costs?
We can take care of the refurbishment for you. In this case, we would offer you a lower guaranteed rent. This option is ideal if you prefer not to invest in your property right now but still want to benefit from an enhanced asset in the future. If you have funds to invest, we can provide you with higher rental rates and manage the refurbishment for you.
